Help me choose between ASUS and TP-Link mesh systems
I have an ASUS BT10 as my primary router and BT8 as a node. I think it’s an excellent system, especially if you can hard wire the two together. I personally switched from TP-Link due to the possibility of security concerns, and also there was some discussion around possibly banning TP-Link sales in

Please share your experience with the Asus ZenWiFi BT10
I just finished testing the BT10 and really enjoyed my time with it. Setup was straightforward, it stayed stable throughout testing, and I saw consistent speeds with good range. In our tests we push coverage out to about 30 meters from the base, with the satellite placed in two different locations,

Adios to Unifi / Dream Router 7
I understand. I dipped my toe in and bought 3 UX7's to replace 1 ISP provided router for 3000 SF wood/drywall two story home. I unboxed 2 and they couldn't even cover the downstairs well enough. Sent all three back. Tested a handful of the highest rated consumer wifi routers and they were just to du

What are people replacing TP-Link routers with?
Agreed. Lots of advanced options and no subscription fees, at least on the ZenWiFi series. I have a BT10 and BT8 mesh pair and they work great.

Best Modem and Router 2025
I have the Hitron CODA56 modem and the Asus ZenWiFi BT10 (and BT8) router. I think it’s a great combo, although I did have some weird issues with my router losing connection periodically at first. Wi-Fi 7 capable and lots of advanced networking options (for free, no subscription) if you want to go d

Deco BE95 vs Omada 787
I saw and replied to your post on the TP-Link forum, from what I understand, you have 5Gb Fibre so want a 10Gb WAN and then 10Gb LAN for the backhaul. You need whatever acccess point you get that will be the router to have both. And as you say the ISP provided router needs to be replaced by whatever

Mixing BT10 and BD4 on aimesh?
TL;DR: Give it a try, but make sure you purchase from a company with a good return policy. If it doesn't work out you could return them. You may not see the fastest speeds but it may work better than a wireless extender. Details: If you don't need the fastest speeds, adding BD4 in wireless ASUS AiMe

Adios to Unifi / Dream Router 7
Yeah, don't feel bad. I made some post here about the UX7's and got a bunch of feedback like " you've got to tweak the settings out of the box, and maybe you need to change the channels due to interference," etc. I messed with those 2 UX7's on my first floor for about 3 days off and on and they coul

Eero 7 or TP Link Deco BE95?
Since you ask, just got this one myself, but very impressed with it. The Asus ZenWiFi BT10 mesh is working really well for us. We have only two nodes, and that covers our 2000 sq.ft. two-story house fully. We have gigabit fiber internet, and speed tests in our living room on a Samsung S25+ wifi-7 ph

Tech Help Needed: New modem/router BGW620-700 with constant WiFi issues (esp. smart home devices)
Sounds like having your own router will help you get some peace of mind. You simply turn off the radios on the BGW620, and put it in IP Passthrough mode. Then you can connect your own router to a LAN port on the BGW620. I don't know how many wifi-7 clients you have, but you can either get a wifi-6 r
