New YouFibre 2000 install – only getting ~860Mbps

I had basically the same thing with me old router. Asus ZenWiFi XT8 with a 2.5Gbps WAN port. Confirmed this via the data light colour (I think it was orange = 2.5Gbps, green = 1Gbps) on the ONT. I had the 900Mbps package and got around 920Mbps. I upgraded to 2Gbps and then only got 860Mbps or so. I

Différents FAI Fibre en France

Après l'installation d'un cloud gateway ubiquiti j'obtiens 2350Mb/s visiblement le soucis venait du router Asus XT8 ou du cable.

How on earth do I get them to listen to me?

I ended up feeling a new router (Asus RT-BE92U) capable of 10Gbps on the WAN port. My previous router (Asus ZenWiFi XT8) has s 2.5Gbps WAN port but I could only get 940Mbps with it, despite the 2Gbps upgrade.

Eufy indoor cam E30 4K with WiFi 7 router - setup fails.

Same issue here, after three month in the drawer wanted to use them and since not connecting delete them from the app. Tried all of the things and it actually loaded the wifi selection one or two times but never go to fully setup. Rebooting router allows the cams to reboot properly and also being ab

R7000, 2.4ghz LED doesn't stay lit?

And I agree, the R7000 is a great model. I have another one, which is my #1 unit I bought brand new about 10 years ago (maybe longer). I don’t want to mess with Tomato Firmware on that (yet…) which is why I bought another R7000 off eBay for testing. All the LEDs on my primary R7000 work fine. I ende

Yes, another post asking opinions about Unifi network equipment

Just an update, I have everything set up. Instead of using 3 U7 lites, I used only 2. Signal is good all over the house, the only weak signal on is the end is my back yard, right side, what makes sense based on APs location. I like all advanced settings that it has, very stable also and way better t

Upgraded from 1 to 3 gig, but speeds at the router are still stuck at 1 gbps

I did self-install of Core 3 with Gfiber 6e router, and was getting 3 Gb speeds. After 3 or 4 days I replaced Gfiber router with my old Asus Xt8 wifi 6 router/2.5 LAN/WAN ethernet jack. In a day or 2 speed dropped back to 1 Gb. Support said install Gfiber router agan to reprovision. Back to 3 Gb. I

Yes, another post asking opinions about Unifi network equipment

Thank you..... but for my home usage do you think it will a problematic system ? Today I have the "amazing mesh" Asus Xt8 that until last night I thought was the super reliable system LOL , then I started to read, study about what everyone that really understand about networking saying it is shit LO

ASUS RT-AX86U consistently slower than BRSK Technicolour

OP, I replied the other day and I had similar issues. I upgraded to 2Gbps since posting last and was still getting shitty speeds at 800-900Mbps. My ZenWiFi XT8 has a 2.5Gbit WAN port so I expected it to at least saturate 1Gbps on my network. I bought an RT-BE92U with a 10Gbps WAN port and now I'm ge

Dream Router 7 or Asus BT8/BT10

Thanks for the info. I think if I were going to use wireless backhaul it would be a bad idea to mix the XT8 and the ET9 in a wireless AiMesh config, because the XT8 is tri-band WiFi 6 (2.4ghz/5ghz-1/5ghz-2) and ET9 is tri-band WiFi 6E (2.4ghz/5ghz/6ghz). So they would need to use a common band for b
