I had to tweak the registry to get it to use aptX, there's unfortunately no setting that shows what is being used so you'd have to use an external device or software though, but it does support it. Looking at your requirements I'll suggest you asus vivobook 16x, it's current price is 70k on Amazon it has rtx 3050 gpu and a great battery life too so it's good balance for normal gaming and coding.
