Hello, I bought a new ASUS ROG Strix XG27WCMS and it has a lot of backlight bleed only visible in dark scenes, should I return it or is it just the way curved VA panels are? Thanks
Older ASUS panels had really bad bleeding. Bleeding shouldn't really be normalized in 2026, since there're $200 monitors out there without it. There're IPS panels like the KTC H27E6. Is VRR that important for PS5 gaming?

Need help choosing monitor
Get this ASUS VG27AQL5A 210Hz It's close enough. There are 240hz monitors are around that price but they have lower contrast ratio compared to that ASUS. https://youtu.be/OkkwMG4Y55g?t=234 EDIT: That ASUS monitor also supports PS5 VRR.
