Best monitor for PS5 in 2026 on a reasonable budget?

I was in the same spot last month looking for a PS5 monitor. For your budget, the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ hits a sweet spot with 1440p and 165Hz. It's got really low input lag and works great with the PS5 Pro's capabilities. Another solid option is the Gigabyte M27Q which has similar specs around tha

Asus VG34V curved monitor only goes up to 144hz when it said it was 165hz?

I have an ASUS TUF VG27AQ and you can definitely notice the difference between 144 and 165. You can see the difference with BFI in op's monitor between 120hz and 165hz and it's pretty huge. 165hz 120hz

I know nothing about computers but I want to play Baldurs Gate 3

If there's a Microcenter near you, then you could get one of their "prebuilt" gaming desktopsLike:https://www.microcenter.com/product/698876/powerspec-g731-gaming-pc Maybe slightly above $1000 budget, but I think you'd be really happy with the performance like:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9aDIOM

Need suggestions for monitors

the benq ew270q is solid for an all-rounder. if you want other options to compare though, the gigabyte m27q and the asus tuf gaming vg27aq are both 1440p 170hz ips panels in that same price range. i've used the asus one before and it's great for both work and gaming. the gigabyte has a kvm switch to

New PC build

Nice build mate, that 5070TI is gonna be a beast when it drops. For monitors I'd go 1440p 144hz minimum with that setup - you've got the horsepower to push high refresh rates so might as well use it. Something like the LG 27GP850 or ASUS VG27AQ are solid picks if you're not looking to break the bank

What gaming monitor should I get, if my budget is $100-$200?

I would look for a high quality used VG27AQ. It’s a 27inch 1440p 165Hz IPS panel. I’ve used mine for 6 years. Minimal backlight bleed, no dead pixels. You can find them for $100-200
