TUF F16

A Bios update blocked my ASUS TUF F16 from accepting a 32gb ram module that it was accepting PRIOR the update, and i've have that ram module tested on another laptop and it works, suddenly my computer stop accepting DDR-5 5600 mhz ram modules and now only accepts DDR-5 4800 mhz ones....

I’ll try to speak to the shop where I bought the laptop, but I’m not sure if they can replace it since it’s sold out in their store.
