I would certainly advise you to upgrade to something that has at least 6e wireless. Since you're looking at an Asus I would suggest be5800, be6500, or an ET9 FYI, 7 devices shouldn't be causing you any congestion. However, if they're all high demand devices working at the same time I could be wrong.

Which router are you using? I'm also on 2.5gbps with Cool ideas + Octotel, but max is about 1900 down and 2300 up. Asus BE6500 router. I get 2300 up and down direct to ONT, bypassing the router.
