Yeah basically the 5070 is a quick oc and then you basically match it or surpasses it especially with mfg and pt in games and every new game will have ray tracing in mind. Mate take a look at the asus tuf A16 rtx 5070 edition. AMD is cheap and just as good as intel. I think personally it's better.Besides the graphics card is what needs to be the best for most stuff, especially gaming. Paying for a premium CPU is wasting money unless you are a professional Cinebencher.
