I’m looking at the ASUS RT-AX1800S, and I’d get three (one for each level). It’s wifi6 which seems a bit outdated at this point, but I’m not sure that matters that much when considering the cost difference of the wifi 7. 6e is reasonable, but buying 3 is more than I’d like to spend right now now.
