What’s next for the laptop studio?
Coming from an SLS2, I'm looking at the ASUS Zephyrus Duo. There's nothing in the MS lineup that entices me.

Happy To Own 2 Zephyrus Duos ❤️
I love the portability of it but iconic look of Zephyrus duo, the automatic dual screen design is gone in the new one unfortunately :( For your ROG 2023 I think you might be able to get around £2000-2300. Not entirely sure

Wait for Zenbook Duo 388h or preorder 386h now?
I'm still waiting on the 388h because i do like to game on work trips sometimes. But you really wouldn't notice the difference between the 2 for non gaming tasks, aside from if you need to do a lot of video encoding, Arc graphics are a beast in that regard. The other difference is that that the 386h

A vent about laptops.
Same. I've got a ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 FE and it still works great. The ROG NUC i got 6 months ago however crapped out after 2 months and I'm trying to figure out how to get it repaired. The laptop is a beast and worth every penny.

First Build
I'm assuming you had a bad experience with them? I never had any issues with their products, keeping in mind I had the ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 for the past several years and it still runs perfectly

Come on Adam, that is not normal for a $1,999 laptop.
I bought an Asus Zephyrus duo 16 which cost me over $4000. The top screen is very similar to what I'm seeing in the photo so I'm going to say it could very well be normal for a laptop in this price range

Huawei has done something incredible. Apple can't top this.
Asus already did this with GLASS screens in the Zenbook/Zephyrus Duo, aren't those just better? Though those are more laptops than tablets (And iirc Lenovo or something did this with the plastic flexible screen too before, didn't really get popular.)

Need help/guidance to buy some gear
Internet isn't that fast, but I cannot change that. Would he still be able to enjoy the game (MSFS24) that way? He already has a laptop, but I believe it would be too old to run the game. I own a Rog Zephyrus Duo 15 and Duo 16, which I don't mind giving one to him if needed. The issue is the Duo 15
