Help me build my first ever 4k gaming battlestation (3000-4000€, preferably)

You can save 300€ just by choosing the Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith RGB Gaming 64 GB RAM (btw if you wait RAM prices might increase even further). If you're only gaming then 9800x3d is plenty sufficient (and in some games better than 9950x3d) for another 90€ off. Swap motherboard for Asus Tuf X870-PL

Is it actually worth it to buy OLED or other above average monitor for gaming?

If you can afford it, yes. Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't have an OLED. I recommend you avoid QD-OLEDs though. QD-OLEDs have more issues in my opinion compared to WOLEDs. I recently returned an Alienware AW2725D QD-OLED monitor, and I can't recommend QD-OLEDs after experiencing their purple

My PC isn’t very powerful and I think about this regularly

Yeah, what really pisses me off is that from what i know there aren't any 24 or 25-inch 1440p OLED monitors with the current qd-oled or woled technology on the market.. 24-25inch it's the perfect combination of resolution and size. I mostly play fps games and I don't feel totally comfortable with a

Worth going 4080 Super → 5080 for €350?

Yeah I was tempted with 4k when I got this setup 2 years ago. Decided to stick with my IPS 1440 & recently picked up the 280hz Tandem WOLED XG27AQWMG. 4k is awesome but you end up feeling your GPUs ‘age’ much sooner as the years go by, I prefer absurd FPS on the middle ground resolution.
