A bottom-tier one? Sure. But you're comparing a $250 monitor to a $800-1400 one. A top-tier Mini-LED suffers from none of the problems you mentioned. You get what you pay for, and you should be comparing products in the same price range as the OLEDs. I have a PG32UQX and the local dimming algorithms

I get really bad eye strain at full brightness. Now, obviously, playing in a dark room doesn't help but the brightness is way too much for me considering the non-hdr monitor I'm coming from. I had the GX9 before the G5 and despite it being a incredible piece of tech, the HDR presentation was absolut

BenQ EX321UX is the one with the highest color gamut and volume tested iirc, it's my current recommendation for gaming+work, it kicks OLED's ass when it comes to that, it's better on paper than the PG32UQX. If you need higher LUT, 12bit, thunderbolt etc, then the PA32UCG exists, , i've seen it for a

So i thought about whether i'd respond to this and here goes Vertical banding is mostly just grays on a WOLED, not present on QD-OLED. waiting on new model from asus/LG to check for improvements. Great colors, as in a wide color gamut and color volume, goes to IPS Mini-led, it's possible to tune a G

The AUO M320QAN02.6 panel on the PG32UQX is a quantum dot panel too. And it actually has slightly higher color gamut coverage than the TCL HVA panel on the TCL 32R84. The AUO M320QAN02.6 has around 86% rec 2020 gamut coverage. The panel on the TCL 32R84 is around 80% rec 2020. Right now the best IPS

I don't see why it wouldn't rival the PG32UQX when it comes to colors as both monitors are around 80% BT2020 and 1600 nits of peak brightness. I have the 27 inch version and it does pretty well against my Samsung S95F QD OLED.

How many times must i repeat myself? I never claimed Mini LED was color accurate i simply said OLED isnt color accurarate hence why color accurate work usually incolves IPS Also RTINGS hasnt even reviewed every Mini LED on the market like the PG32UQX (2023 model especially) considered to be 1 of the

Until you admit your mistake. I asked you, do you know how to read measurements? Because if you look at the AW3225QF or the PG27UCDM for example, they're some of the most accurate gaming monitors you can get right now (not accounting for the heat affecting tracking on the AW for example) https://www

from the specs of the studio display it'll be about 81% rec2020, iirc the pg32uqx is around 85-87, so you'd be getting it just for the 5k and ppi while the color gamut is lower.

Just personal experience with a PG32UQX. Excellent color accuracy, comes calibrated from the factory to delta-E less than 1; excellent brightness in SDR mode; HDR is just insane as it can sustain like 1400+ nits fullscreen in any window and like 1600 nits peak, I was literally flashbanged the first
