Comically after watching the GamersNexus video I decided I should update my ASRock x870E Taichi board from v3.40 bios revision to v3.50 revision. I downloaded and copied the rom file to a usb drive and rebooted. After rebooting I went into the bios, went into the instant fla

ASRock recently sent us a motherboard in the form of the X870E Taichi **to just have our hands on it so we decided to try us on a motherboard review. It's our first motherboard review so some things might be missing or don’t feel like being a round package. This will improve overtime while we figure

You are chasing a phantom. The best advice I can give is don't go cheap. Don't go Bx50 anything, why limit the amount of M.2, SATA, & USB4, go all out & get the X*70E, you won't regret it. You want to aim for a board with BIOS flash back button and Clear CMOS button on the IO Shield. 9700X that CPU

My motherboard is ASRock X870E Taichi, so it is not an AM4 board. According to the manual, with two GPUs installed it runs: - PCIE1: PCIe Gen5 x8- PCIE2: PCIe Gen5 x8 So yes, this board definitely supports x8/x8 for dual GPU. The second card should not be running at x1. That means the slowdown I am

The X870E Taichi I currently have in RMA with ASK has had quite a few warning signs: A low POST success rate A low BIOS Flashback success rate One Instant Flash failure, after which the board would no longer POST One previous repair, apparently involving the replacement of an IC So this particular b

I've picked asrock x870e taichi lite in the end. I'm using it with latest bios. Already did pbo editing, works super solid with tmax85 and -40mV, so probably was lucky on silicon lottery also. Only downside is the gigabyte 5080s very loud fans.

ASRock X870E Taichi. It has way better power delivery, more ports, and full PCIe 5.0 support compared to the Asus TUF. For storage, the Samsung 990 Pro. It includes a DRAM cache and higher-quality NAND, making it much faster and more durable than the Crucial P310. The Patriot Viper RAM is better for
