Buy the B650. Save the ₹3-4k. Get a good B650 (MSI B650 Gaming Plus, B650 Tomahawk, etc.) rather than a cheap B850. i) 9600X = best value ii) 9700X = not worth ₹7k more for mainly gaming. iii) 7800X3D = best CPU, but costs significantly more. (maybe future upgrade?) 3. Definitely get the 9070 XT wha

Hello, this has been a long trial of getting this thing to work so I'll try to sum it up as best I can.
Was getting CPU and DRAM LED Light, went to a repair shop, after 2 days they said motherboard socket has bent pins/is faulty and that I should get a new motherboard.
Got a new motherboard, DRAM

No need to get the 9800X3D for a high-res gaming set up - above 1080p, you'll be GPU limited in almost all scenarios, and this CPU keeps the 3D-cache. Since its AM5, you can always upgrade to Zen 6 or maybe 7 in the future, or just get the 9800 when its price drops. u/fuddyduddyc included a great PS

I agree about the 9070XT, I dont play that much AAA games where Ray Tracing/Path Tracing would most likely be used, and it is not that much of a deal for me.Same for the 7800X3D ! Overall I really like this config, I might go for this one. What do you think of the MSI B650 Tomahawk WiFi instead of t

I checked and it is set to 4.0 and not AUTO. My motherboard is an MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi and it does not support 5.0.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Z9gyK7 CPU: The 7500F is within 1~2% of the 7600. The disadvantages are the 7500F has no iGPU, and it is a tray CPU meaning no warranty beyond what you get from the site you buy it from. Otherwise go with a 9600X which is a bit more expensive, but about 5% faster than t

So here is my build recommendation. I went with the Tomahawk B650 instead of the B850 because the B650 board is straight black. I went with the RAM because it along with the GPU would be the red accents. You take a little bit of a hit in terms of performance because it is 6000 CL38 instead of 6000CL
