I went the portable monitor route when I bought my first steamdeck. I got a cheap Arzopa that took me ages to get the volume to adjust. The set up i liked for shen i sat in the chair or couch. Oh, I'm familiar Arzopa Z1FC series. Customer have they're not as durable as they wanted them to be 🤫 They require a minimum of 5V/2.4A/12W, although I don't believe I've seen one draw above 10W.
