I had the Gen 1 and the the Arlo pro 4 XL I finally left when they hiked up the subscription to $20+ per month and when they updated their app which completely broke my system. I have officially left Arlo 2 days ago after using it for 2 years. I removed all 3 cameras (Arlo Pro 4 2K video) + keypad + door sensor + the hub. Also canceled the super expensive $300 subscription.
