Running watch for pre teen?
If they use iPhones you can get a brand new Apple Watch SE for $249. It is a nice watch and definitely has bells and whistles (lol) but the watch can be setup on a parent’s device and managed that way. As an adult runner I use AW U2 and am super happy with it.

Best smartwatch for multiple alarms (for an iphone)?
Since you use an iPhone, the answer is pretty simple. Just buy an apple watch se, the most affordable one you can find.
