Had a 2018 MacBook Air that couldn’t hold a charge going into J25. Got a new one for the exam and the outlet for my assigned seat did not work so I lucked out big time. Exam day will be stressful enough; you don’t need any extra stressors. I’d personally get a new one for peace of mind.
