will M4 be enough for the upcoming years (beyond 2030)
Not long-term — RAM matters more than the processor, and the base M5 jumping from 8GB to 12GB says enough. Do what I do: spread the cost of 1 iPad over ~7 years, but get new every 2: Buy new, ~40–50% off, 1-year-old, higher-end 16 GB model OR similar priced Apple Refurbished or open box iPad (usuall

Apple Watch in significant global decline for two years now; new features needed
It’s a win for consumers but not necessarily for Apple’s bottom line. But yeah their stuff is lasting a lot longer these days. My M1 iPad Pro from 2021 is still crushing it and I think my M4 Mac Mini will last 5+ years easily.

I hate to make the decision between 11 and 13 inch
Apologies up front for the length of this reply, but as you’ve no doubt realised, it’s a common query and like most iPad Pro users, I’ve considered both options in the past. I’ve had iPads since the very first one, and moved to Pros when they were released. But I’ve always used the smaller model. Th

Apple Has Likely Abandoned 'iPad Ultra' Plans
The M4 iPad Pro pricing made the Pro models unattainable for most buyers. That was the refresh where it got tandem OLED which shot the price up to 999 USD. I think Apple knows the price ceiling now for the current economy if they want to sell high priced products but also high sales volume.

iPad Pro cover
I have the Logitech combo touch for my 13” M5 iPad Pro and I think it’s great. Seems durable. Has an Apple pen cutout. Keyboard detaches while the iPad itself still has a back cover with a kick stand. Feels nice. Keys feel good and trackpad actually is usable. I honestly like it better than the Appl

Full Screen Multitasking Megathread
The fact that we're just about 2 months away from the announcement of iPadOS 27, while 26 is still a steaming pile of crap, is just insane to me. I've never used my iPad less than with 26, with, of course, the Multitasking being the main culprit, in combination with countless bugs, stutters and free

Which ipad should i buy for infinity nikki
I have an iPad Pro and for boss fights it lags bad unless it's on lower graphics. Otherwise on normal use it's fine on medium-high graphics For the price point of an iPad that would run Infinity Nikki decently and still have storage for other things, I would buy a PS5 instead

Upgrading my iPad Pro
If streaming and web browsing and such, iPad Air. Anything else iPad Pro…and don’t forget to trade in your current iPad to offset cost (if still in good shape). And if you work in education or are a student and have a .edu email you can also get a discount if shopping at Apple Store.

Considering Upgrading my IPad from M1 IPad Pro that i bought 5 years ago to the M5 chip iPad Pro for multiple reasons other than emulation
Emulation on iOS is fun, but I would not buy a new iOS device specifically for emulation. There are better devices that are significantly cheaper to do a better job. I know that’s not your only reason for updating, but I still have a M1 iPad Pro that still runs flawlessly. No reason to upgrade my op
