Base iPhone 18 Shifting to Spring 2027 Launch, Six Months After 18 Pro
Man remember when Steve Jobs came back and made a big deal about simplifying Apples product line because it had become too convoluted? I feel like Apple needs to do that again. iPhone, iPhone plus, iPhone Air, iPhone e, iPhone Pro, iPhone Pro Max. iPad mini, iPad, iPad Air 11”, iPad Air 13”, iPad Pr

Apple's iPad Continues to Dominate Tablet Market
I love the iPad base and mini versions for what they do. They should remain as they are. The base iPad is probably the most reasonably priced Apple device other than the Mac mini. Many android users also prefer iPads over android tablets which shows how good they are at what they do. It's the iPad A

Which laptop should I buy in 2025?
I’ve had both Macs and Windows based PCs…the Macs I’ve bought always outlast the tech progression. We just upgraded my wife’s 6 year old MacBook Air to a new M3 version. I’ve had two work laptops in that time: Dell laptop and a Lenovo ThinkPad. Apple is expensive, but they undoubtedly last for freak

Apple introduces the new MacBook Air with the soaring performance of the M4 chip, a gorgeous new sky blue color, and a lower starting price of $999
I got a lot of "Apple would never raise the RAM to 16 GB for free." Then Apple did just that for M2 and M3 Airs. "But Apple will never do that for the M4 Air." Apple not only didn't raise prices on M4 Air for having 16 GB RAM—they lowered them by $100—and improved weaknesses like camera and number o

Apple launches M3 iPad Air and A16 base iPad
Surprised the iPads got M3 at all. I wonder if Apple was to conservative with their supply and wants to unload chips. I was gunning for the A17 Pro in the base iPad. Oh well. So we got an iPad Air refresh in less than a year but the MBA is still waiting? That’s a bit lol.

Apple Introduced Apple Care One for $19.99/Month
I have an iPhone 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 15 Pro, AVP, Macbook Air 15”, iMac M3, iPad Pro M4 11”, iPad Pro M4 13”, AW Series 10 Titanium, AW Series 10 46mm, AW Series 9 SS, and a few other airpods, homepods, and accessories. The only product I’ve bought AC+ for in the past couple of years has been my AVP

iPad Mini as a Comic Reader?
I’ve tried reading comics/manga on my Kobo Libra 2 and iPad mini 5th gen before but both turned out to be too small. Now I’m using iPad Air M3 11” and the size is perfect. Combine that with that one great comic/manga app (don’t know if it’s allowed here) and I have probably the best media machine ev

Apple's A19 Pro beats Ryzen 9 9950X in single-thread Geekbench tests — iPhone 17 Pro chip packs 11-12% CPU performance bump, GPU performance up 37% over predecessor
The GPU scores 45,657 points, which is comparable to the GPU performance of M2 or M3 in iPad Air. It is also comparable to the performance of AMD's Radeon 890M integrated GPU. It's insane to think that the A19 Pro's GPU is comparable to the AMD 890M which itself is comparable to a GTX 1070 depending

I know why Apple upgraded iPad Air to M3 in less than one year
The more likely reason is just because Apple has excess stock of the base M3 and figured why not. The M3 Air easily could have been skipped since the M2 is still so good and less than a year since release. The base iPad was the one in need of an update especially the base storage jumping to 128GB.

iPad A16 has insane battery backup
I was considering iPad Air M3 as well but after enough searching, I found out the battery draining issue in M chip iPad apart from M4. So yeah, happy with the purchase.
