M1 iPad Pro to M2 iPad Pro
It's giving iPad Air M2 to iPad Air M3... little to no difference. iPad Pro M5 is gonna be the same thing as the M4 for the most part.

My new iPad Air M3 can handle more than 100 layers in 4k drawing on Procreate but it heats up and starts to lag when I try to write a paragraph in default Notes/Journal apps
have to get Goodnotes/Notability with your iPad because how bad optimized default Notes app is To be fair, GoodNotes has horrible input lag when writing to the point that I find it basically unusable. And that's on a 2025 iPad Air with an M3 processor, their writing engine is just that old. Notabili

Ipad or macbook ?
a laptop is always better than a tablet. if you already have a good laptop go for it ipad, if not go for macbook air m3 and above. an iphone and a macbook will complete your apple ecosystem.

iPad even more broken after upgrading to the latest OS update.
My iPhone 11 lasted a good while and had no issues. Since iOS 17 my 14 pro Max has been going down a rabbit hole of issues related to the updates. I mean iso 17.4 totally prevented AirPrint from working. iOS 18 allowed me to but the images appear like you’ve chosen to have them with the “fill page”

The iPad's "Sweet" Solution
I have an iPad Air 5th and an iPad Mini 6th. Neither is up-to-date, but neither is really bad. Looking at the current line-up of iPads, there is absolutely nothing I would need of them that my current iPads don't already do. Apple Intelligence? (Expletive) please, I have Macs with local LLMs for tha

iPad 11 (A16) vs iPad Air M3 — which one should I buy? Battery anxiety is real.
A16 battery is better anything M. M chip is powerful and Apple hasn’t made the battery to support it yet. The number one on my list of disappointments about my M3 iPad Air is the battery life.

Is a good option an IPad Air 5th 256 GB for 400 USD?
Pretty overpriced, just get the iPad Pro m2, or air m3 discounted

Truly free and unlimited note taking app??
The native Apple Notes app makes my iPad Air (M3) heat up super quickly when writing handwritten notes. Already disabled all the Apple Intelligence / Scribble / Math solver stuff, turned brightness down, low power mode, literally everything - didn't make a difference, it still overworked the process

What IPad should I buy between the M3 and the A18?
We don’t know when the base iPad will be updated with the A18 chip. The M3 dropped in price and the 13-inch model is now worth it. I don’t think the differences between iPad Air (11-inch) and iPad (A16) are significant. Both use mediocre LCDs with low refresh rates and the same resolution. The panel

I have an iPad a16 but I kind of regret not having many features, should I change to an m4 air?
In the last year, I have tried the iPad Air M3 13”, the iPad A16 and the iPad Pro M5 11”. I returned the A16 and traded in the air. The pro wins. If you love iPad, I would just go for the Pro.
