Sent it back around September and received it November, not monitor replacement, only replaced the panel. now 10 months later, started having lines again (kinda loo

Is the ASUS TUF VG27AQ5A good?
Lol. My AOC 24g2 starting showing lines at the bottom as well after 2 years. What a shitty monitor. I'm planning to buy this one soon. Sounds promising

AOC 24G4 is a decent monitor
Two of them died on me, one a 24g2 165hz that lasted from september 2024 to september 2025 until it started developing the horizontal lines, it started with one and then spread to the whole panel after a week. The one i got as a replacement 24g2spae (maybe the same model) got the same issue after 3

Does anyone else with an ‘AOC’ screen experience this as well?
Non of them. It displays this issue on different pc’s and with different cables as well. Monitors are not damaged themselves edit: they aren't damaged by me. it is infact a manufacture/ factory mistake that affect the AOC 24G2 / 24G1 gen See this thread

OLED too many drawbacks - try IPS vs Mini-LED VA?
my IPS LCDs are exactly the same as the day I bought them. I wish, I was as lucky as you. My old AOC 24G2 kind of died after 4 years of usage; screen tearing, white lines and such. I'm getting headaches with finding a good new IPS monitor. Bought two and both of them are kind crap with the IPS Glow.

AOC 24G2SE? Here's mine after 1 year and a half.
Saktong isang taon saken, sakit talaga ng 24g2 model ng AOC yan. Napa RMA ko naman pero bumili nadin ako ng ibang brand.

AOC 24G2SPAE artifacting in BIOS and during Windows boot. I'm 99% sure it's the monitor causing it. Artifacts appear on different GPUs, they are also visible on its settings UI and they disappear when i turn it off and on again. How to fix it?
I have the same monitor (AOC 24g2spe) and the artifacting also started happening since 4 days ago. It is also only visible when in bios and startup screen but not in windows. Did you fix it? BTW my monitor is also experiencing horizontal lines which is very common to AOC 24g2 series. It sucks

Looking for suggestions for a monitor upgrade
Just wanted to give a heads up about AOC monitors if they should ever interest you. I bought 2 AOC monitor one was a 24 inch 165 Hz curved gaming monitor and the other was the 165 Hz 24G2 gaming monitor. The 24G2 had an issue with weird lines appearing at the bottom literally after 1 year and 6 mont

Does anyone else with an ‘AOC’ screen experience this as well?
Yea but it is nuts that it happens with both screens. It sounds to me like a manufacturer error edit: it is infact a manufacture/ factory mistake that affect the AOC 24G2 / 24G1 gen See this thread
