Resin printing "arms race" over?

Mega not worth it. OG Jupiter from what I've heard is quite good. Maybe just need some help tuning? Otherwise Jupiter 2 may be good (although auto-leveling) and I've heard Piocreat is also working on a 14" 16K printer. The M7 Max is probably the best currently, if you can get a good copy. Anycubic's

Best large resin 3D printer for bigger statues?

Part 3/4 Anycubic M7 Max Pros: -Heated vat -Resin pump -Wifi -Incredible App integration -COB light instead of Matrix, so the pixels are alot sharper -Affordable LCD spareparts price due to it only being a 7k screen -MSRP of 899usd is a great pricepoint, which with Anycubics constant sales brings it

Purchasing advice – starting a small resin print farm

I have a Anycubic M7 max, I absolutely love the machine, Photonworkshop not so much. At a 13 inch or so build plate, WiFi, auto-level, heated vat. Everything I’ve thrown at it prints really great. I have the Saturn 3 ultra, great machine, loved if it had a tilt lid like my Creality sky. Found the li

Anycubic M7 or Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra?

I have both a Saturn 4 Ultra and a Mono M7 (Max). On the Saturn, there is no flood risk with the tilt arm, but the fact it has more moving parts means more potential for mechanical issues. I had a bad sensor in my new machine, and it was a piece that wouldn't have existed at all on a machine without

Refurbished Anycubic printers

I bought 2 refurbished ones so far(both from ebay from Anycubic. 1 Photon Mono 7 Pro and one M7 Max. The M7 Max came with an uneven Build plate. Got a replacement build plate, which was all right. So far no issues with this printer. The M7 Pro worked good for 2 Month, then the LCD Screen got black s

Saturn 4 / 4 Ultra LCD screen reliability – any issues?

I had a Sonic Mini 8K S. I was glad I got rid of it. It had major Z axis compression issues and you can’t set more than a -0.5mm Z offset on the printer. Phrozen tech support was absolutely useless and actively combative. I and another user who had the same issue ended up figuring a work around to s

Anycubic awesome support

I had multiple similar interactions with Anycubic supports with a lot of my printers, but yes, the most shocking one was with my M7 Max when they changed my screen from a mistake i made myself. I was really surprised and happy because the m7 max screen is pretty expensive.

Do you still need to set wait before/after print times on the photon?

… no AA bug. That’s about it. The M7 Max is probably the best of the current large format printers, at least until we see what the Jupiter 2 is like. That said, it’s fairly close between it and the Jupiter SE, and the SE can do per layer wait times like other Elegoo printers, so it depends on what y
