I own both. Facts: Print quality is similar, Kobra X multicolor is a little faster and a little more efficient. Mate, I have the Kobra X since the beginning and I do agree that it has been sublime. .. but I have never felt this shock.. it looks like you have grounding issues. Do be careful and reach out to Anycubic customer support, this might be a bigger issue, not to mention fire hazard. Message them right
