I have an anda seat Kaiser 3 fabric and I love it. Saw mixed reviews but ultimately it was the best I found out of everything especially in the price range and it’s great. Im not sure if this meets your requirements, but I have the AndaSeat Kaiser 3 and loving it, I know the Kaiser 4 series 2 has a 6D arm rest that you can adjust the width, looks real cool! Comes in fabric too. Has a really nice and thick plush seat so you can sit for hours and not feel that pressure.

Im guna get a Anda Seat Kaiser 3 and thats 450 it looks nice, that extra budget could get a kaiser 4 or a secret lab titan evo which i hear great things. Id way to hear more opinions though from people who actually have the chairs, hope you find something your looking for!!
