I bought a KLC, returned it, and bought KL2 instead. I have an old paperwhite, and i felt the screen was brighter on that compared to KLC, and the KL2 was on sale at the time, and a lot brighter. I prefer Kobo due to the buttons, and I don't like the Amazon ecosystem and DRM, which were the reasons

I’ve been struggling with the Colorsoft. I find I have to adjust the warmth and brightness with a frequency that’s a nuisance. The battery also drains fast. Every color e-ink I tried was less even than black and white ones. Current Kindle gen has issues with light distribution too because they reduced the n

I just got a KLC thinking it could replace my Libra 2. Not a chance, it's going straight back on ebay. I expected the screen to be dim and I expected the text to be less sharp. But compared to the b&w screens of the Libra2, the Clara, and every b&w Amazon-Kindle I've ever owned the colour screen is
