Fire Max 11

I just got it yesterday and it seems it automatically ran an update without me knowing even though I set it to download updates manually. It's currently running firmware 8.3.2.1.

I bought a Firemax 11 with a keyboard case. The issue I have is that there is not an option to choose Bulgarian(phonetic) layout. There is only Bulgarian(Fire keyboard layout) which is Bulgarian(BDS). Is there any way or workaround to use a layout not listed in the options?

Is it basically the official Keyboard Case or nothing?
