Confused why my wifi is faster than wired
I wanted to improve my internal network speed to stream large files from my media server. My media runs off a Mac in a different room to my appleTV (running infuse).
I don't have any hardwiring capabilities (ethernet or coax) so must use a mesh or power line. To date I've used BT Wholehome - a mes

Can't connect wifi since update.
I’ve never had any issues connecting my system to my Wi-Fi until the new company took over. I got disconnected when they went to a premium model and I was able to connect again but now another update or something happened and I’m disconnected again and no matter what I do, I can’t connect. I can get

Wifi using 2+MOCA
I'm having trouble getting an acceptable speed through walls in my home. I have an eero pro 7. I have an additional eero 6+, but adding that in mesh did not seem to help very much.
Since I have coax in every room, could I add MOCA adapters where I need them and connect through ethernet, add additi

Options to Improve WiFi Signal
I'd like to preface this post by saying I'm by no means a tech/internet expert so apologies for any mistakes or lack of information.
I've recently moved into an old two bedroom terrace home. I'm connected to the recently upgraded 500/50 plan with Aussie Broadband and whilst I'm able to achieve

Upgrading to Eero 7 slowed me down. Advice needed.
I am trying to achieve 100mbps internal in order to stream large video files (up to 80gb) from a MacBook Pro to an AppleTV (via Infuse). I was using the 1st gen ofBT Whole Home discs (ac2600) and achieving 45-55mbps. I upgraded to Eero7 (base, not max or pro) and was disheartened to see the same pl

Eero7
I have two standard Eero 7 nodes connected to 1gig cable service. I have about 35 IOT devices through my 1700sqft house. I get about 550Mbs down, when the Eero app tells me it measures 1.25Gbps at my modem. I’m also using wired Ethernet backhaul and all my CAT6 cables check out 100%. I’m a bit stump

Router or Access Point
Recently updated my Xfinity plan to 1.2 GBPS and got a free XB-8 router/modem combo. Unfortunately my internet signal (coaxial cable) is in the basement and I have two more stories above (appx 3500 sq ft) that I need to cover.
There is only one ethernet port on the main floor that actually brings t

Replace AC88U pro with eero 7 max
I've been pretty disappointed by the asus since I bought it 3 years ago. Since I bought a house last year it's been worse. Signal is very poor.
I am looking at something like a eero 6e pro (I can get a 3 u it setup for approx 450 cad) or maybe pony up and get a eero 7 max.
I just want good signal

WiFi constantly dropping from iPhone
I have six eero 7s. My house is 2800 sq feet
We recently hard wired our house since we thought the YouTube tvs were slowing down our internet. We had the older eeros, I don’t recall which, and upgraded to the 7 because we had 1gig internet.
Before this switch I was able to successfully book tee ti
