T-Rex Prices are Out of Touch with Reality...
Hardcore Garmin user here (Fenix 8 pro). I picked up a T Rex 8 Pro 44mm to just see what this ecosystem is all about. Some quick observations: T-Rex GPS shockingly accurate. Matches the Fenix on its highest accuracy mode on every single run. I use an external chest strap heart rate monitor and it’s

Amazfit for serious sports training
Amazfit hardware is fantastic. For reference, in the last couple of years I’ve owned and trained with the following (I’m not rich or crazy, but I got really used to having a bunch of devices during grad school when my research called for it). Amazfit T-Rex 3 Amazfit Balance 2 Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro App

Helio Vs Garmin
I've got a Fenix 8 and it's fantastic, but right now I'm wearing a T-Rex 3 and the strap. I really like Amazfit for a couple of reasons- They meet you where you are- want to wear a traditional watch? Well you got the ring and the strap to catch your health metrics. Any sleep you can get? Tracked wit

Is the T-Rex 3 Pro that bad?
Actually, this article does a good job of pointing out many of the same concerns users have mentioned here. Amazfit really nails the hardware, but the software still needs work to deliver a smoother overall experience. That said, I don’t have the T-Rex 3 Pro — I use the Balance 2, Active 2, and Heli

Samsung could soon put some Galaxy Watch features behind a paywall
I've have an Amazfit T Rex and my wife's just got an Amazfit Active 2 premium, and they are both really great for the money. Loads of features and genuinely exceptional battery life.

T-Rex 3
Neither yet. T rex 4 is incredibly unlikely. T rex 3 is not close to 1 year old yet, and amazfit typically have 2 year minimum cycles. Pro 2... who knows. Possibly, but you could also be waiting for something not coming at all. T rex 3 is a great watch, and it is likely capable of anything you need

Is anyone satisfied with the T-rex 3 pro?
I have used the T-Rex 3 Pro for about two weeks now, in conjunction with my Helio Strap that I've been wearing for about 4 weeks. And I'd call myself very satisfied so far. I have to mention that these are my first fitness wearables, so I cannot really compare. As a tech savvy and relatively sporty

Amazfit going the cheap sensors way?
There are, at least, two members that keep spouting misinformation about it. More doesn't always mean better and other factors are at play. The LED light, the amount of light it emits so that the diodes can capture it matters. The arrangement of the LED lights and diodes. You have two bright lights

T-rex 3 pro bugs
I've had the T Rex 3 pro a few days now. Have not experienced any bugs. Coros makes good fitness watches, but it's a poor smartwatch. Horrible implemented notifications for example (just push notification to watch. No sync. So if you remove notifications on phone, they stay on the watch until you re

Suunto, Polor, Apple or,….
It realy depend on your budget and how much you want to spend and what you need. For the most part they all provide good insights and workout tracking. Amazfit is good value for money, good for tracking but their algorithems is very off. T-rex looks good, but their training readiness and bodybattery
