Few options for wall mounted
Okay. I know Airpura used to sell wall mounts. However, I don't know if they're compatible with their largest models like the C700 DLX. AllerAir is the other heavyweight sorbent media purifier brand. I don't know if they sell wall mounts for their AirMedic Pro 6 Ultra series purifiers. Be forewarned

AllerAir ... created bad odors in my home!! Anyone else experience this?
I'm sorry to hear about your experience, that is so frustrating. I have an Airmed 3 Supreme and 3 Allerair Pro 6 Ultras and find that they're just as fresh as my IQAir GC MultiGas, and I have MCS and am extremely sensitive to smells. I've changed these filters twice and the air is fresh each time. G

Need the best active carbon air filter
You are correct regarding ventilation. However, AirDoctor does not offer very much activated carbon. These are panel filters containing a few pounds at best.
