To record vocals, you may want to use closed headphones, so among those listed ATH m30x would be the better choice. However, unless you monitor at insane levels and use a condenser mic to capture intimate vocals, semi open would also work well. For mixing, though, none of the above are adequate. I l

I’ve used AKG K240 Studio headphones for a few years. I like them. I use them plugged into my audio interface, Modeler/FX unit and amp for everything from practicing to recording to mixing. They are generally priced in the $76 to $100 CAD range. Shop around.
