To record vocals, you may want to use closed headphones, so among those listed ATH m30x would be the better choice. I mix at home, I don't have much technical knowledge, and I need to buy something to mix better (or that's what I think?)
Honestly for your situation I’d stick with headphones for now. You can absolutely mix on them. If you don’t even have a dedicated room, much less an acoustically treated one monitors are probably going to create more problems for you than they’ll solve. Lucky for you the AKG K240’s are currently on

Today my career in music production begins. I worked hard and achieved it, I finally have my first audio interface 😄
Headphones are always a tough recommendation due to how individual tastes can vary, as well as particular needs. If your primary concern is mixing and don't need to worry about bleed, AKG K240s are well-liked. I've used my open-back Sennheiser HD6xx here and there, but haven't really dug in to a mix

Headaches after headphone use (BossKatana Go)
I just bought some AKG K240 Studio headphones for $58 on Mr Bezos's website. They sound great to me and they're "semi open" whatever that means. I've got a big noggin, and they're pretty comfortable.

Headphones that sound like a HiFi?
For a budget headphone ( currently $55 on Amazon) , I highly recommend the AKG K240 Studio headphones. Open back and extremely acurate and comfortable.
