I think the AirFanta 4Lite might have been a dumb purchase

Mine isn’t noisy. Maybe reach out to AirFanta and query if something is wrong. For an enclosed room the 3Pro would work better since the 4Lite is really meant for times like when you have to unmask to eat; it doesn’t clean a whole room.

Flu, covid, viruses and school absences

To reduce the spread of illness in your kid’s classroom, I highly recommend donating or lending an air purifier. Check out HouseFresh.com, they independently review air filters. You want one that is very quiet and also powerful. Something like a Clean Air Kite Luggable XL or a Nukit Tempest is great

I'm Lost on How to Get Better Air for 1800 Sqft House: HVAC Filter or Air Purifiers?

You have great instincts, going for portable air cleaners. The Airfanta 3Pro will easily handle your 10*15 room. It is super quiet as PC fan based. It is also very packable to take to hotels, etc. it is better than #1 on this list because of the sound. https://housefresh.com/best-air-purifiers-we-te

Friendly message from an urgent care RN

Yes definitely! I usually recommend the airfanta 3pro as its great at cleaning large spaces quickly. Speed is very adjustable. It also breaks down and fits into a larger tote, it fits in my carry on if I need to bring it when I travel. It is a little spendy but definitely worth it imo. Alternatively

Is it safe to be pregnant while teaching?

The main risk these days is probably from infectious disease. Whooping cough and measles outbreaks are happening across the country to various degrees. Flu and Covid are quite dangerous for pregnant women. Basically getting any illness while pregnant is made worse because the immune system changes s

How did your kid with sickle cell do in kindergarten

A really effective way to decrease illness in school is to have high quality air filters in the classroom. This is just the most recent study. Air Fanta 3Pro is a good model, and Levoit and Medify are other good brands. Another effective way to reduce illness is to find a comfortable, high quality m

Need air purifier recommendations for a Persian cat that sheds constantly

If you plan to have it on the floor, I vote AirFanta 3Pro. I run two of them 24/7. I also run a robotic vacuum every day to gather cat hair.

Hey can any pet owners or people with allergies recommend a Purifier to me

Another Levoit Vital 200SP for the hallway, AirFanta 3Pro for the LR. HouseFresh has good reviews for both: https://housefresh.com/levoit-vital-200s-review/ https://housefresh.com/airfanta-3pro-review/ Pro tip: after assembly, run a line of clear packing tape down each corner of the AirFanta so it h
