Krk Rokits or Adam audio?

I have Adam Audio T7V with the T10S. The sub makes a massive difference. If you are producing bass heavy techno, don’t skip the sub.

2.1 Speakers for PC (~1000€)

As far as I can tell, your old system (specifications) claimed that the speakers (3-inch; 87dB/W/m; ~130Hz@-3dB) each delivered 62W and the subwoofer (10-inch; 88dB/W/m; 35Hz@-3dB) delivered 188W, thereby covering a frequency range down to 33Hz@-6dB. However, a weakness in the system was that there

Why not just get an Adam Audio T10S since you already have T8Vs? It goes down to 28Hz and has a 85Hz high-pass filter switch. When you run your T8Vs through the sub, that filter cuts the bass out of the T8Vs so they can produce cleaner low-mids. Then just set the LF switch on the T8Vs to -2db and yo

Purchasing piano or taking lessons?

Buy a better digital piano and put the extra money toward lessons or a good sound system. From what you’re describing, it’s like you are riding a kid’s bike and wondering why driving a Lambo feels so different. There are plenty of solid mid-range digital pianos with weighted keys that bridge the gap

Good enough?

I’m 34 and I’m happy with my systems. The one I have on the tv are Polk R200 bookshelf speakers and XT12 sub on a Yamaha RX-A4A receiver and it’s fantastic to listen to all music. It gets louder than I can play it, but even at respectful neighbor volumes it fills the space and it’s a physical experi

Small PA speaker for home DJ setup?

Yeah the room is kinda small, but also mine. How tall is the ceiling? I have Adam Audio F7 + Adam Audio T10S Sub, also listen and play house and techno, and I can’t really complain about my listening experience. Also I do not want more than that. Maybe you are missing some mid low range due to the 5

My Little Show and Tell

It's an incredible subwoofer for the price, perfect pairing. I used to have their WS-12 V1 and it was way too powerful for my room and system, plus there was a good deal of hiss from the first wave products. Sold that and picked up the dual 6.5, couldn't be happier. My living room is pretty large an

Favourite JM-1 preference configs?

If you listen to a lot of electronic/bass music or use your IEMs outdoors, I'd suggest a -1 dB/octave tilt (roughly translating to a -10 dB tilt from 20 Hz to 20 kHz) and a +6 dB Harman bass shelf. For me, this brings my Hexa quite close to sounding like my studio monitors + subwoofer setup (Adam T8

I wanna hear your favorite unsigned artists.

Damn bro. That bass in Digital Rain made my body leave my soul. That's right. It went so hard it flipped the euphemism. Out here wishing I had dropped $500 on the Adam Audio T10S sub to go with my T5Vs.
