My laptop is nothing special. An acer swift 3. Wouldn't recommend. It's okay, but if you're like me and go down rabbit holes, the thing just can't keep the tabs going. And my external hard drive is just a usb drive. 32gbs. I also periodically upload pdfs of my work to the cloud too.

Same, OP. Acer Swift 3 with 4gb ram rin laptop ko, buhay pa rin sya ngayon. Pinalitan ko lang ng SSD plus nag-add lang ako ng additional 8gb ram so total 12gb ram. Ang problem naman dito ay battery. Overall, matibay talaga ‘tong unit. Jan 2019 ko nabili so 7 years na sya ngayon sakin. Need lang nito
