i was in the same situation, so i bought a mayflash pro 2 or something adapter from amazon 30 euros. been using my 8bitdo pro 2 on the ps3 and it works great, can play ps 1 and 2 games ,gran turismo also works with rumble. idk aboput xaxis tho

Mini PC should be fine for the listed systems I think, but I think you should look at newer models. You are talking about paying like 60% of the cost of a brand new low-end 12th gen Beelink or MiniForums Micro PC for an old 7th gen system. One of them will have better performance and better compatib
