8bitdo finally responded to me about the replacement button issue

Bruh the sent me a faulty 8bitdo 64 controller , so I emailed them. They told me to film me using the controller with the issues so they can move forward, I told them absolutely not I waited two months for this thing to come in because it was a fantastic orange and I preordered it, and that if I wer

8bitdo finally responded to me about the replacement button issue

I ordered the new 2.4ghz dongle and with my Bluetooth 8bitdo 64 controller (it says it's supported) it's constantly rumbling. Emailed them, they said send a video, I did, they replied and said it'll be looked into... So now I'm stuck with a dongle that does nothing for me. Terrible customer service.

The analog sticks on the new 8Bitdo N64 controller is absolutely horrid.

I'll commiserate here. The stick is awful, completely unusable for racing games, and I'm wondering if the sensitivity can even be fixed via firmware updates. The physical feel and movement is so jarring compared to other 8bitdo products like the excellent Pro 2. As of now, I'm thinking my daily driv

Analogue 3D and 8bitDo Controllers Sensitivity, future features and questions

8bitdo is a cancer on Analogue. Their BT 64 controllers suck, they should have had 2.4g from the get go, they make you pay for return shipping even with their scammy release schedule and don't even respond to emails so I can return it.

Controller Recommendation for PC

I'm going to recommend the FlyDigi Vader 5 over the 8BitDo Ultimate even though they're probably comparable. The 8BitDo Ultimate 2.4g had a serious design flaw in the rubber padding inside the triggers that severely limited their viability after what is imo not an extended amount of use. I got one b

this reviewer talks about steam controller gyro

It still affects you even if the screen is higher frequency. The screen will show you a more fresh state if you have higher polling rate. That being said I think the OG steam controller is way more reliable in terms of gyro than my 1000hz 8bitdo ultimate 2.4g wireless. It just feels better probably

2.4G 8BitDo N64Controller switch between Rumble and Memory

In my experience, the problem is only the Summercart menu specifically doesn't recognize the controller pak (memory card). The games do. I can save and load from it in Doom 64, some sports games, etc, even when loaded from a Summercart. Since this controller communicates through the controller port,

M64 controller pricing estimate...$70?

With that said, 8bitdo’s 64 controller is $39.99 or $44.99, depending on the color scheme, so I do not think ModRetro will want to get too far from that. 8bitdo's controller is pretty cheap and in a generic form factor. It also doesn't support N64 controller output plugs which would require a more t

Finally, the Ultimate N64 Controller

Looks worse than the original in every way. If you want actually better feeling and looking N64 controllers over the original official ones, there are some solid options out there: Officially licensed Hori controller Retro Fighters Brawler 64 (with a wireless version available too) 8bitdo 64 bluetoo
