Need recommendations on dash cam

There is a specific Dashcam subreddit, also worth posting on there. I’d personally suggest the 70Mai T800 4k front and rear dashcam. It is pricey but I purchased two of them brand new for £229 each.

Any Recommended Dash Cam that doesn’t interfere with Subaru Eyesite?

The specific brand or model of dashcam will make no difference to Eyesight. Per the manual, there is a recommended "dead zone" on the windshield where you're not supposed to mount anything. That said, I (and many others) have ignored those recommendations and placed my dashcam very close to the Eyes

Is 4k front and rear dashcam too much?

I've run 4K cams for the rear for years, but I haven't found it to be a big deal. It can be nice to capture stuff farther away occasionally, but most of the time if something happens behind you like you get rear ended, the other car is gonna be very close to you. So I know there's a lot of options n

Best 3 channel dash cam?

Vantrue N4 Pro or N5, a bit pricey. 70mai T800 (on kick starter, shipping in August) will have 4k front+rear sensors, and finally used super capacitor instead of lithium battery in their older products. Azdome M550, Redtiger F17 are mid-range options.

Welke (budget) dashcam gebruiken jullie?

Dash Cam installation

VIOFOs are big, wedge-shaped and have a screen (not everyone needs it).Video quality is the best. You can get polarised filters for both front and rear cameras. There is a remote bluetooth button as an accessory. Voice commands. Can write to an external SSD as well. VIOFO is not the cleanest to inst

2 months old GLI :(

yep- this is the one 70mai A810 2ch. I also bought a 128gb 70mai branded micro sd card with it- don't cheap out on this as some sd cards are not fast enough. There are many dashcam models- try to buy one with a newer camera sensor- the A810 I got has a newer Sony Starvis 2 4k sensor for the front an

BUG: Viofo A229 Plus Interior Camera IR Light Stays ON when the interior camera itself is OFF

Viofo still failed to fix this problem. Anyone considering getting a 3 channels should have a look at 70mai T800
