I used DDPAI Z60 DUAL with parking monitor. Can set to 1fps monitoring under setting to save battery. When someone is near your car they will activate the recording. If you want better cam can try 70mai Omni 360. The camera will rotate when they detect movement.

Get the 70Mai Omni 4k. Can record in all directions (360 degrees...by rotating). Comes in a combo with a rear facing camera as well. Expensive, but you said budget not an issue. You can buy it from Nexdigitron

I don't have a BYD, pero dashcam ko is the 70mai Omni 4k set, then paired it with their 4G kit and hardwired via fuse tap. Very good camera IMO. Rear dash cam is basically dash cam na sa likod lang nakatingin. So kung nagda-drive ka, if may nasa likod mo or bumangga sa likod mo, makikita. Dapat ito talaga may kasama na front dash cam na nakatutok sa harap ng sasakyan. Di pwde siya lang. 360 dash cam depends sino nagsasabi sayo. True 360 dash
