I started with this profile https://metprofiles.link/profile/26dadae8-b387-4fa0-8596-6af4ad64b0d1 This profile is super friendly because the only variables are grind size and grams in. It was my first machine too and honestly I was just hoping that after a week or two my espresso might measure up ag

Gifted an incredible machine but can’t afford a top tier grinder to match…what’s good enough? [$250]
Don’t go for the hand grinder if you don’t like coffee, otherwise, you’ll be fine. I have an encore espresso and a 1zpresso j uktra, I love them both but unless I’m just making coffee for the sake of waking up, I’ll always find grinding by hand worth it. My only difficulty is that I have to calibrat

Best alternative to niche zero [budget :400€]
What would be the best alternative to the Niche Zero, considering it isn’t available in my country (France)? Niche Zero is available world-wide. The only way to purchase it is direct from the manufacturer's website. They will ship to France. However, it will be above your budget. If you are willing

I was actually surprised by how nice the manual grinders are. Definitely more work though. Most likely we will get the niche zero as our DF54 replacement it’s ju

Dark roast specific grinder [$500]
Here's a thought for a separate grinder without breaking the bank: an 1Zpresso J-Ultra hand-grinder? US$200 or less if on a rarer sale; and does a nice job on my medium dark-roast beans, with a 14g double-shot dose taking me ~50 seconds of no-great-effort cranking (less time if I focus on it). https

Review of the The Quick Mill Pop Up / 3 Kilos in
Hey, if you do exclusively milk drinks, I would not recommend this machine since the steaming is a bit annoying. I assume you're in the US? Sadly I don't know the pricing there. Do you know what you want out of the machine? Good looks, fast heat up, temp stability, ease of use, steaming power, all i
