My wrist hurts from manually grinding coffee with the 1zpresso j-ultra.
Indeed, the lighter the roast, the denser the bean, and the harder it is to grind. I usually drink specialty coffee with a medium-light roast, so it's very hard to grind with my J-Ultra grinder.
