Energy Gels?

I fuel on all of my long runs plus most of my quality sessions (which are typically ~50-60 minutes). I also typically do a lift right after my quality sessions so fueling helps me perform better during the strength session! My favorites are honey stinger gels, honey stinger waffles, Skratch chews, S

BMO Vancouver Marathon - First Marathon Hot Weather Advice?

I know that's not super early, when I've done some earlier races, I try to take my meds at 4 or 5am, and use the bathroom b

Race day nutrition

Check out Featherstone Nutrition for carb loading tips and test out your meals and carb loading before your long runs. I used her race carb load calculator for my last race and I did not hit a wall and felt pretty incredible the whole race. Getting enough carbs for glycogen storage is essential so t
