Saw your post. Let me reply here itself :D My personal experience is listen yourself and judge. I have listened to Sony Sony HT-S40R and believe me, 600W doesn't sound like one. This is when I listened to it in a small room, even. Personally tested Samsung HW-Q600C. Not impressive. And I don't have

https://usa.yamaha.com/products/audio_visual/sound_bar/yas-209/index.html Yamaha does very well. I got one for my wife's TV and I've been impressed with it. This is an older one but I'd check to see the newer models.

Now i have placed it on the right side of the TV , driver facing wall. Still not good enough. My old Yama

I bought a Yamaha YAS-209 a couple years ago bc it was cheap. It blew me away with sound quality for the price and how well it simulates surround sound. comes with a decent little wireless sub and the whole package punches way above its weight. I replaced it with a much more expensive setup and tbh

Something i use for production and it applies when listening too. If you can loop 8 bars and listen to it over and over again it's a good song. I also have a cheap but might sound bar yas 209 Yamaha with a sub. Probably like $100 dollars now but the eq on that will give you a good idea of what it so
