Yamaha HS-series are pretty amazing to be honest. Got HS8 at first, but downgraded to HS7 because my studio was way too small for the bass of 8.

If there’s a Guitar Center near by, most of them have a monitor display wall where you can plug your phone in and check out how the speakers sound on music you’re familiar with.
