What premium gift would you get for a Steam Deck lover who’s already well-equipped?

I have the Deckmate stuff by Mechanism, and I really like it - it’s basically a little bracket that attaches to the back that you can then attach accessories to, like a kickstand or gaming pillow. The gaming pillow is pretty neat - it was kind of a luxury purchase, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised

Did anyone held them both in their hands and can tell which one felt better?

I did, and for my use case, the XAX felt better. I play mostly with AR Glasses (Xreal One Pro) so the in-built display doesn't matter. Now, take the glasses away, and the Go 2 wins by a landslide. I can't deal with 7" screens, no matter how good the ergonomics on the XAX are...

Xreal 2026 CES - Xreal Eye Gesture Beta

Wow this is really exciting and I like their pitch of not pushing for new hardware and making the existing hardware even better with features like this. As a xreal one pro owner with the eye, I haven’t found much use of it yet, but excited for the 2d-3d and gesture feature.

After Ditching Meta Headset Plans, Asus Partners with XREAL on ROG AR Glasses with 240Hz Display

This isn't accurate; The XREAL One Pro glasses that these are based on tend to have a higher PPD than a Quest 3 in practice, around 34. And the Quest is already a great way to 2D game. They're a great choice for affordable 2D gaming or productivity if you don't want to buy a 4K monster

XReal One Pro: Productivity? Maybe not

For productivity the best way is to use ultrawide for extra real estate. It eliminates the dependency on software to create multiple monitors. It’s the most preferred choice. However, if someone badly wants a software based solution to create multiple monitors. There are three solutions as of today.

Been using XREAL One Pro for months. I'm returning the Beast.

Did you update the firmware? They added a calibration mode to reduce the drift (place on table for 10 seconds before using). Once calibrated, often the screen stays put for several minutes, and then the drift still happens, but much slower than it used to before the update. If you've already got a O

Why do people want iPad to become an MacBook?

This🙌🙌 At work we have free seating and USB-C dock ultrawide monitors. I would love to use walk around wirh a ipad mini and a dock it. I wish there was a Ipad Mini Pro that become a Mac Mini when docked :/ Now I have the Ipad Pro 11 (M4) and the Xreal One Pro XR glasses, a Keys2Go bluetooth keyboard

One Pro + Eye vs Viture Beast?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and it’s great to see more options becoming available in the AR glasses space. Viture has certainly put out some bold specs and aggressive pricing. But as always, the real test will come when people can go hands-on and see how those numbers translate into real-world

Has anyone played their 3DS after using the Thor for awhile?

I use the thor with my xreal one pro AR glasses and I play my games on a 3D 214 inch oled display, its glorious. The 3d effect is better than the 3ds ever was and much easier on the eyes

My Viture Beast Impressions As An XReal One Pro Owner

Thank God I cancelled my preorder of the VB. The 2D to 3D feature pushed me over to Xreal, but clearly they're the top dog in terms of AR tech. The Auru is probably what's going to put the Xreal One Pro out of commission, but maybe we get a refresh like the Xreal One.
