Right now MovinkPad Pro 14 and MovinkPad 11 probably have best pen performance. Followed by Samsung and IPad are evenly matched. Imo procreate can be just as good as csp or photoshop especially since it's something a lot of professionals in the industry use. If portability isn't something you care about then XPPen can be worth it. You'll have to play around in the settings a bit because most of the boxes for the tools take up

imo the only obvious advantages of Magic Notepad is the matte screen (which you can put on matte screen protector on the Samsung), and dedicate space for pen holder. Xppen doesn't have rear camera unlike Samsung does.
