Mi Smart Band 10

Mi Band 10 is a horrible with steps, distance and calories. As someone who runs 4 days a week and hikes once a week, I can tell you that the Mi Band 10 is not usable for these tasks.

I got the error message My MiBand 10 has around 10% fewer steps than my MiBand 5. Not sure if MiBand 5 is over counting or MiBand 10 is undercounting. I get the watch mostly for sleep tracking anyway so I can live with it. When I row, the stroke count is consistent.

Sleep tracking is good. Step tracking was off by 10%. (MiBand 10 is 10% lower than MiBand 5) I have no idea which one is correct.

I think all the stats in general are pretty average. I think if you want super accurate stats I would argue Apple Watch is better. The sleep stats on the 10 pro use the most up to date software and hardware though. To answer your first question: not all mi band 10’s are ceramic. The regular versions

Stress is measured by HRV. And mi band 10 doesn’t directly measure HRV ( Heart Rate Variance). So the values are not even half true.

I returned the mi band 10 yesterday. Was't satisfied with how it synced things with the iPhone. It only synced some of the workouts and the rest were impossible to sync. Also, Apple health integrations are sh!t
