Best and budget for 4k do not belong in the same sentence. A budget 4k camera will give you horrible results that can be worse than a 2k camera. well i bought the wyze v4 and wouldnt recommend it . fov isnt wide enough to monitor more than half if a 18x18x24 even when mounted in most ideal position for fov .. i even installed on in a 36x24x36 main tank and it still is too zoomed in if camera is mounted inside tank 😞.
