It's also wyze and literally everything is paywalled and it's 1080p. If you insist on wyze get the v4 with the window mount and disable IR lights. Better all around camera same window abilities

Best and budget for 4k do not belong in the same sentence. A budget 4k camera will give you horrible results that can be worse than a 2k camera. Pan V3 MicroSD card issue
