S2 Solar

There is a wireless robot that has a dock that stays in the water the wybot s2 solar , but there customer service isn’t always good and if your wanting to leave a robot in the water wired or remote any pool bot technician will tell you it’s a mistake. So leaving a battery one let alone a wired one.

It’s garbage and nothing about the WYBOT S2 solar works. Customer service isn’t just not always good, it’s downright terrible and nonexistent. We did, however, have no problem processing the return. I suspect they have a lot of practice with that.

I have had 2 now. The company has sent me replacements both times. I made them send the new one before I sent the bad one back. None of the solar power banks fully charge. I live in Las Vegas we have all sun. It gets to about 85%. My thought is that it has bad battery cells. So I leave the power ban

I bought a WYBOT S2 in July. 2 weeks ago it failed to block o solar platform. It won’t charge now either via solar or plug in. I have done all the trouble shooing I could and utilized other on line sources for help to no avail. It’s a severe hardware malfunction. Now the company is ignoring me after
